Very good service. Very quick turnaround on the repair. They also found an issue that we didn’t know about that needed repair after they completed our vehicle inspection . Would recommend them highly.

I don’t know any other place to go to but am pleased with the service

I have been to multiple shops around town and find most of them lacking in basic customer service. They were thorough and communicated with me. It was a much more mechanic interaction and not an oil change for mom’s mini van type of service. While o believe they would be an amazing place for that. I look forward to many future visits with them.

I have never left a review for any businesses before and I hate to do it now, especially since the owner and other mechanics have been very helpful and pleasant during my other visit. I’ve only had service here twice. I had a great service the first time but sadly, cannot say the same during the second trip. Brought it in for three things; tire rotation/alignment, oil change, and nail patch for one tire. A few days afterwards, I heard a bang from my car and found that the splash tray was hanging. Called the place, told them what happened, and they had me bring it in to fix. When I left everything looked fine until a few days later I noticed that something didn’t look right at the bottom. Checked it and sure enough, three bolts/plugs for the splash tray was broken and a crack was found. The mechanic had zipped tie one loop but was too lazy to tie the other two, so it was still hanging loose. Also, the paint for all four wheels where the bolts are have been chipped as well. I understand that this was nothing more than minor fix and issues, but for the mechanic to be this careless and negligent the second time I brought my car in to get it fixed was absolutely disappointing and aggravating. I understand that mistakes happen, like maybe they forgot to screw something in, but to have a complete disregard for someone else’s property like this is infuriating. I work hard to pay for my things/property and for it to be treated it like this….

Was a valuable service having my purchase of a used truck from a local dealer inspected by Menkes. Only took 40 minutes and they identified a major issue that I was able to have the dealership address prior to completing my purchase. Also had a backup quote from Menkes that gave m a clear picture of what I was getting into.
